Get started: Hanoi – Laocai
- 20: 00 pm – Pick up at your hotel and move to Hanoi train station to board the express train to Laocai.
- Overnight in an air-conditioned soft sleeper cabin.
Day 1: Sapa Town – Silver Waterfall – Tram Ton Pass (B/L/D)
Meet your guide and driver upon your arrival at Lao Caistation and an hour transfer uphill the Hoang Lien Son mountains to Sapa. Great views of valleys and terraced rice fields along the way.
After having breakfast , tourists can take a walk for a brief introduction of this charming town. The market, where ethnic minority people of different walks of life wearing their traditional costumes made by themselves comes everyday for exchanging local products such as vegetable, bamboo shoot, mushroom, medicinal herbs and souvenirs…. Visitors have chance to make friends with them and take photos with them. Then visitors will follow the footsteps uphill to the top of Ham Rong Mountain for enjoying beautiful scenery of the town and surrounding area, visiting an orchard garden and a mini museum which you can know more about ethnic minority people which are living in Sa Pa and the northwest region.
In the afternoon, your Sapa tour guide and driver will pick you up at around 00pm and then drive uphill to visit the famous Silver Waterfall and then onto Tram Ton, the highest mountain passing in Vietnam at 1,800 m above sea level for enjoying the magnificence of Hoang Lien Son Mountain Range as well as see amazing landscapes of the whole area.
Come back to Sapa and Overnight in Sapa.
Day 2: Explore Muong Hoa Valley – Night train to Hanoi (B/L/D)
Today tourists have chance to spend the whole day discovering the excellent Muong Hoa. A Jeep will take us out of the town, follow the only road built on the side of a mountain range, looking down the valley, overview nice sightseeings consisting of high mountains, deep valleys, and stream of water winding, waterfalls and terraced rice paddies… Many times, when visitors leave the main road, you will visit local people there for example Ta Van of the Zay, Su Pan of the Black H’mong, Giang Ta Chai of the Red Zao… there are many chances for travellers to meet and contact friendly local people at home as well as at works.
Arriving back to Sapa in the afternoon, take a shower and then move down hill to Lao Cai station for taking the night train to Hanoi.
