The tour begins with a visit to the Cu Chi Tunnels. Upon arrival, you will watch a short introductory video explaining how the tunnels were constructed and used by Viet Cong soldiers during the Vietnam War. After that, you will explore the tunnel system, including trapdoors, storage areas, weapon workshops, field hospitals, kitchens, and command centers.
The journey continues to the Mekong Delta. On the way, stop at a local restaurant for lunch featuring Vietnamese cuisine.
After lunch, arrive at the pier and take a boat trip along the Tien River. Enjoy the fresh air and observe daily life along the river, including stilt houses, floating fish farms, and the four islands: Dragon, Phoenix, Tortoise, and Unicorn.
Continue to Thoi Son Islet (Phoenix Island). Walk along village paths, visit local homes and orchards, and enjoy seasonal fruits while listening to traditional Southern folk music.
Visit a honey bee farm and taste honey tea with lemon. There is also an opportunity to take photos with pythons for those interested.
Next, take a hand-rowed sampan through small canals shaded by water coconut trees, a typical feature of the Delta region.
Return to the motorized boat and continue to Ben Tre, where you will visit a coconut candy workshop and learn the traditional handmade process.
Then proceed to Unicorn Island to visit a crocodile farm and explore local cultural sites related to coconut beliefs.
After a short walk along narrow village paths, return to the vehicle and head back to Ho Chi Minh City, arriving around 18:00.
